Monitoring of internal communication programs and integration events-Design and implementation of programs suchas Employee Branding, On Boarding, Great Place to Work, Career Plan, Change -Managemet, Talent Management, increase in Soft Skills, etc. Application of batteries to evaluate Organizational Culture and Climate, as well as Development of large-scale programs to monitor results. Monitoring and management of Confidencial plans and links with institutions interested in linking with the Laboratory. Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction. Advising executives and senior managers and recommending efficient and cost-effective solutior identified challenges.
