Execute and monitor safety metrics, attrition, payroll, shifts, vacations, overtime and the Sort Center metrics; OTD, OTA, PPH, PPHA, TPH, Load Quality Andons, VTO, Number and capacity of Outbound trucks, cost per shipment.Key job responsibilitiesYou and your team of warehouse associates are responsible for getting Amazon customers their orders.
