You'll join a fantastic team of bright and bold professionals who love Fairplay with great passion.**Description**As our Paid Media Manager, you will be a key part of our performance team within Marketing. You will impact in Fairplay's results with ideation, implementation and ownership of demand generation programs and campaigns.Optimization of paid acquisition channels and marketing automation through our CRM platform are the main responsibilities of the role. This is a highly impactful position focused on driving results that contribute meaningfully to Fairplay's Growth.**You are going to**:- **Own Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ad campaigns.** Experiment and continually optimize the individual strategy of each platform to ensure constant, sustained growth. Focus on B2B qualified lead generation.- ** Create Fairplay's customer journeys through CRM Platform.** Ideate flow, test alternatives, create communications and implement them in our CRM platform. Help complete transition to new CRM platform.- ** Develop and implement our marketing automation from scratch.** Automated communication with existing users, new users and acquisition campaign users such as referral program's referrers.- ** Measure and report on performance campaigns**. Consistently communicate campaign plans, programs, and results to stakeholders at different levels across the organization.- ** Partner closely with sales, growth, operations, product and data teams** to develop a deep understanding of growth opportunities for incremental performance and campaign execution metrics.**Skills we look for**:- ** You are a launcher.** You can define, plan and execute new projects (With little guidance) and can look for help when needed to make the project happen.- You have a track record of hitting aggressive growth goals leveraging a diverse set of channels and tactics, expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement.- Demonstrated ability to employ data-driven, digital first strategies for high quality lead generation.- Customer-centric and driven by insights. You understand the customer journey and can leverage customer insights to design your campaigns.- Great at building cross functional relationships. You've worked closely with data, sales, content and operations partners and experience managing and executing demand gen programs and campaigns for B2B companies
