Paint 4 Wet Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled **Paint 4 Wet Specialist** to join our team.

The Paint 4 wet color booth Specialist is responsible for coordinating and providing paint processing support during design, installation and launch of the new paint 4 wet process and equipment. The Paint 4 wet Specialist is responsible for assessing spraybooth and paint automated equipment for capability (existing/new model). Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Develop strategy for converting existing processes and launching new models, plus develops automation solutions, layouts and sets system requirements.

**Requirements**:
Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials
- Familiarity with quality standards and specifications for paint finishing
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in the automotive industry
- Experience with robotic paint systems
