You will collaborate directly with the Head of Sales and be responsible for ensuring that the procedures implemented in the Sales Team are followed by the agents on a daily basis.**What exactly you will do**:- Listen to calls and read written communication of sales agents with customers; - Assess the calls and written communication using a checklist. Input the results in a spreadsheet; - Verify that the agentsfollow the regulation of contacting leads and process the lead according to company standards; - Provide a written feedback to the calls written communications you have assessed.What we can offer you:- Flexible 20 hours per week schedule (can be combined with a full-time job); - 300 USD Gross per month.
