Employee and plant attention.
Create, review, and close the Pre-Payroll.
Incidents capture, and change in control files, vacations, and assistance records.
What You Will Do
- Pre-payroll.
- Payroll Review.
- Internal/external audit attention.
- Daily, weekly and monthly payroll reporting
- Preparing information for external audits
- Payroll filing
- Pre-payroll reporting
- Permission capture in TRESS
- Modification (supervisor, shift, line, cost center, etc) input in TRESS
- Vacation input in TRESS
- Handing out bank debit cards to employees
- Food coupon cards control (cancelations and replacements)
- Team Leader Payroll support
- Labor Relations support to HR area
- HDC Audits between TRESS and WD.
- Elaborate reports of payroll cost of area, positions and plant.
- Overtime analyst report.
- Backup of Team Leader of Pre Payroll
- Fonacot (Government Loan Program) elaboration
- Capturing of Fonacot (Government Loan Program) loans
- Monthly report
- Reception of Infonavit notices
- Review and clarify of notifications / requirements from IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) and INFONAVIT (Government Housing Assistance program)
- Shift Creation.
- Saving box administration.
- Temporal medical disability capture.
- Training to Supervisors about of pre-payroll process.
- Design of forms according to pre-payroll process.
- Emission of company letters (as needed by employees for different legal requirements)
