As a Payroll Operations Team Leader you will be a key contributor to ensuring our success as a service organisation, with the key deliverables of delighting our clients, inspiring trust and confidence in Safeguard Global and providing direction and leadership to your direct reports.You will lead, manage and coach a team of International Payroll Specialists (of varying experience) to ensure delivery of timely and accurate payroll processing activities, including timely responses, follow through and effective resolution of all client enquiries.
