Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Payroll OPEX Analyst.
**What you'll do**:
**Job Summary**
Perform and support the Payroll OPEX Regional Initiatives, actively participation in the development of digital solutions looking to improve GFSS financial processes; Collaborate with Global Teams in the Finance Digital Transformation Initiatives deployment, etc.
**Responsibilities**:
- Active participation in Payroll Continuous Improvement Initiatives such as A3, Bussiness Process Improvements, Value Stream Mappings, etc.
- Support department activities related to Payroll process improvements and standard work.
- Work with customers to develop digital solutions to enhace financial processes among GFSS workstreams.
- Collaborate with Global Digital Transformation team in the deployment of the digital transformation initiatives.
- Execute Digital solutions trainings aligned with GFSS goals.
- Perform Business continuity support in digital solutions already deployed in GFSS.
- Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve departmental and GFSS goals. Support site, functional or corporate initiatives.
- Other activities assigned by supervisor or special requirements from management or company.
- Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.
**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Bachelor degree necessary.
**Years and area of experience required**
- 1 - 2 years of experience in finance/ accounting / or related / Data Analytics, Data Science, Power Automate Apps, etc.
**Technical Knowledge**
- Knowledge on Office 365 platforms (SharePoint, Teams, etc)
- Power Automate Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Data Science & Data Analitics.
- SAP Knowledge / Oracle Knowledge Desirable / Payroll Systems Knowledge.
