**Poste****JOB PURPOSE**:Performs a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential administrative duties.
Performs duties that require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, mature and independent judgement, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Send and receive new hire paperwork, including creation of offer letters and contracts.- Supports the on-boarding process, including creation of windows credentials, laptop and phone setups, etc.- Coordinates offboarding processes- Help in updating HR policies and protocols- Update of Org.
Charts in a regular basis- Update all employee changes as necessary- Coordinate with payroll providers that the information of the Monthly Report is updated and accurate- Monitor and ensure the accurate payment to all employees, including but not limited to bonuses, commissions, quarterly bonuses.- Maintain HRIS & Payroll Systems and other databases updated.- Collaborate with shared service center, functional and technical staff, both internal and external, to achieve required Payroll results.- Administration of benefits, such as Health and life insurance enrollment, ticket refeicao, vale transporte and others.- Responsible of Corporate Office Petty Cash- First point of contact regarding benefits and payroll queries- Creates ad-hoc COVID reports**Profil****SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**- Ability to maintain considerable confidentiality and to exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex work environment- Ability to take initiative and work independently at times- Ability to organize and keep track of important documents- Ability to deliver information in an effective and clear manner- Time sensitive, accurate and highly dependable**REQUIREMENTS**- 5+ years of payroll and compensation- Retail experience and advanced Excel proficiency required- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex work environment- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information- Must be detail oriented and organized- Strong planning and organizational skills- Fluency in English, Portuguese is a plus
