Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Execute the calculation of regular and special payrolls for Metalsa México and Proeza, covering administrative and operational staff across 5 plants. Provide support and follow-up on the USA payroll. System Parameter Maintenance: Keep the payroll system parameters up-to-date based on legal frameworks, policies, and collective labor agreements of Metalsa and Proeza. Accounting Functions: Perform the accounting registration of payrolls. Monthly financial closing activities. Compensation and Benefits: Calculate and project settlements, severance packages, and retirement benefits. Data Provision and Customer Support: Provide information as needed to internal and external stakeholders. Offer assistance and guidance to internal and external clients. Pension Plan and Savings Administration: Administer pension plans and savings accounts. ERP System Management: Desireable experience in handling ERP modules, including Payroll, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with the SUA and IDSE systems. Knowledge of Savings Accounts regulations. Understanding of tax regulations such as ISR, LFT, LSS, SAR, and Infonavit. Proficiency in handling Federal and State taxes. Qualifications: 3+ experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, especially Payroll and Accounting modules. Familiarity with SUA, IDSE, and Cajas de Ahorro systems. Understanding of tax laws and regulations, including ISR, LFT, LSS, SAR, and Infonavit. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
