.**Job Details****What do you do?**Join us in the Procurement Execution Center as a Procurement Jr Manager - Indirect. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Buyers to enable our Indirect Category Managers across multiple Indirect Categories.**How will you do it?**- Lead our team of Buyers to increase our Savings and improve our Trade Working Capital (TWC) across Indirect.- Drive process automation, standardization and simplification across the multiple activities executed by the PEC. Best practice sharing across Towers and PBUs must be always pursued.- Build robust process guidelines and playbooks for all employees, to ensure new and existing hires can effectively perform their work and reducing non-value-added steps in the processes.- Hire, coach, develop and promote the best talent to ensure adequate career progression within Procurement.- Ensure execution and/or support of RFQs and RFPs are duly performed as required by the Category Management team, from source to award, and be actively involved during the negotiation process. Responsible for ensuring a best-in-class RFx process.- Leverage our Buyers to actively pursue market tests for our top spend categories to identify potential savings opportunities.- Drive tail spend management by optimizing our supply base, aggregate spend where possible and achieve an optimal supply base for Indirect.- If required by the Category Team, lead and coach our buyers to effectively manage small subcategories (e.G. Translation services)- Core procurement tactical support, including PR Approvals, Supplier Add/Change process, Supplier Business Continuity, among others.- Drive best practices within Category Management by being a POC for best practice sharing, while aligning processes and practices across Procurement.- Support Market Intelligence activities, Economics measurements, and putting together meaningful reports for different levels of stakeholders.- Drive improvements in our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process by ensuring contracts are properly stored in CLM, as well as driving compliance by regularly engaging with Legal to ensure proper contract deployments.- Support Supplier Business Continuity (SBC) by deploying actions such as Financial Assessments, Sustainability Surveys, ensuring contracts are executed, among others.- Build and maintain a Master Supplier Contact lists for all of Global Indirect.- Deploy relentless root-cause analysis (RRCA) practices to troubleshoot recurring/systemic process issues, such as Invoice-Pay (PTP) process issues.- Other procurement duties as assigned**Qualifications**:- **+5 years' experience in strategic Indirect Procurement **. Knowledge of specific categories in the Indirect Domain (Professional Svcs, MRO/FM, Travel, Logistics, Fleet)- Strong procurement knowledge **, **including: RFx processes, SOW interpretation, strategic sourcing, fact-based negotiations, tail spend optimization
