Your responsibilities will include:- Strategic Planning and Policy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our organization's goals, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the recruitment and retention processes, working closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.- Training and Development: Establish training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Handle employee relations issues and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent disciplinary actions.- Strategic Compensation and Benefits Management: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.**Required Qualifications**- To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:- University degree in a relevant field such as business administration, HR, psychology, or organizational psychology; an advanced degree likean MBA is highly preferred.- Minimum of 7 years of extensive HR experience, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR policies, and organizational development.- Leadership experience, preferably in a management position.- Experience in change management and strategic planning within the HR function or across the organization. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with experience in ensuring organizational compliance.- Experience working in a multinational company is a must.
