**What People Strategy and Culture does at Worldwide**
As a member of the global People Strategy and Culture (PSC) team, the People Systems Associate Administrator will perform a variety of system tasks, with focus on providing excellent systems service and operational support to ensure systems are functioning optimally. The People Systems Associate Administrator will be part of the wider PSC team and focus on supporting the day-to-day system administration tasks across assigned People Systems and workstreams. The People Systems Associate Administrator will also provide first line support for systems queries and work with other members of the PSC team to help drive operational excellence across the PSC function through technology.
**What you will do**
Tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Under supervision, execute People systems administration activities such as system maintenance, system testing, data checks, and managing user access for assigned systems and workstreams.
- Participate in user acceptance testing during system implementations and upgrades.
- Maintain standard and ad-hoc reports from People systems.
- Work with end users to troubleshoot issues and provide 1st Line Support for systems queries.
- Help maintain training materials and user guides; update as required to ensure documents are up to date.
- Support governance of people related data within systems and undertake data cleansing tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of data and People systems security is maintained at all times.
- Provide systems and technology support to the wider PSC team on projects.
- Identify and suggest improvements to current processes through better use of technology.
- Maintain technical skills and education

**Your experience**
- Workday Administration experience; other HR Systems experience.
- Previous experience of working within a People department is a plus.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in a multinational environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
