- Works to ensure that products meet all applicable internal, national and international standards, and that regulatory and legal requirements are met. This level encompasses a variety of fields within the category of emissions compliance; has responsibility for emissions issues for a product line; provides early compliance design criteria for new product designs. Work is of a complex nature. Works with internal and external workgroups. Responds to questions for request for information relevant to emissions issues. Prepares plans and reports for noncompliance issues, communicates and aligns internally, working to submit action plans. Leads an engine line in emissions activities and requirements, tracking project progress and ensuring compliance. Interfaces with engine engineering to gain a good understanding of upcoming projects and requirements and develop plans for compliance. Develops and implements tools for data quality management.

- Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills (conveying information clearly).

- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Application of analytics tools and statistical techniques.
- Experience on electronic and mechanical diesel engines.
- Experience on engine testing and engine performance parameters.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving skills.
- Interpretation of engine performance data.
- Experience in standard quality tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, Statistics.
- Database management.
- General understanding of the EOL test stack (Edge devices, Inline torque meter, waveform analysis).
**Education**:
- Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
