**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**Plan and control the production of finished products, semi-finished parts and purchase of raw materials; through the generation of production orders, purchase orders and follow-up until their availability.
Establishment of production programs, purchases and inventories; keeping the planning database updated in SAP.
Definition of requirements for raw materials and components, capacity requirements and adequate inventory levels, to meet the service objectives of the company, adhering to internal and corporate policies.
Coordination of the supply chain to minimize operating costs and release of production orders for first samples, pilot batches, claims, returns or services and of the products supplied by the client.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- **- MRP analysis.- Preparation, printing, delivery, shipping and monitoring of production and purchase orders.- Keep the production area informed about deliveries and commitments with customers.- Inventory control.- Monitoring of production orders and purchase orders.- Inventory transfers.- Control of workloads in production centers and maquilas.- Monitoring of production during the production process.- Follow-up of rejections and requests for deviations.- Establishment of actions to minimize slow and obsolete movements.- Maintenance to the MRP.- Calculation of Safety Stocks and Reorder Points.- Update of Minimum Lots and Delivery Times.- Service.- Maintenance to production and purchase orders.- Analysis of recurrences in delivery failure- Carry out preventive or corrective actions to ensure compliance with its objectives.- Participate and execute OPEX improvement projects, new products, as part of interdisciplinary teams within the organization.- Follow up on requirements requested by production, customer service and other areas.- Optimum and constant communication with production and suppliers.- Attend internal and external audits of the quality system within the Materials and Acquisitions Planning process.LI-DS1**Qualifications**:**_SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:_**- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration or related career.- English 80%.- Certificate in APICS: CPIM or CSCP (desirable).
