Reduce Air freight expenses.
Expedite critical parts to meet production schedules
Work on engineering changes to avoid obsoletes
PFR control
Follow up invoice issues supporting AP
Safety stock review every Quarter.
Maintain all exceptions communicated to suppliers
Make new yearly po's by supplier.
REA's creation for new toolings or new vendors.
Update price changes according with GSM request.
