Experiência y requisitos
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Operations Experience: - 5+ years of experience in the following areas: Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain; Customer Services; Production; Quality; Engineering; Information Technology; Logistics or Planning. - Experience in Aerospace & Defense or related industry desired Knowledge - Knowledge of an industrial entity processes and operations. Technical awareness of manufacturing processes and indicators. - Demonstrated ability with quality and continuous improvement tools (Process FMEA, Risk analysis, Root Cause Analysis, 5W, 5S, DMAIC, VSM, etc.) - Knowledge of supply chain principles & tools; ERP principles. - Project Management skills. Practical experience with the management of complex projects. Familiarity with the organization practices of a progress plan Computer Skills: - Strong proficiency in the use of common software packages including MS Office suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint and Visio. - Capable of managing large amounts of data and tasks. - Competency in performing data analysis through data business analytics services (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Other Skills: - Problem solving skills - ability to analyze a problem and determine if driven by design, supplier or other factors in a timely fashion - Capacity to operate in a pluri-disciplinary, inter-cultural and international environment - Qualities in interpersonal relationship and in kindly challenging the organizations - Must have excellent technical writing, oral communication, and presentation skills - Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision - Capacity to do benchmarking Additional Preferred Skills: - Lean Sigma Green belt certification.
