Coordinate and execute continuous improvement proposals in planning area according to manufacture capabilities analyses: Resources capability planning to increase or reduce or keep plant's capability. Coordinate and execute material requirements follow ups to synchronize material flow in manufacture area. Coordinate and execute reaction plans to reach daily goals. -Serve as a leader in continuous improvement process. Communicate any incident to production area and to the supervisor. Follow up established procedures and work instructions. Coordinates with engineering, materials and quality departments to include any special requirement in the detail production schedule. Identifies, develop interaction matrixes related to his/her corresponding production constraints and processes to properly develop a detail production schedule.
