We are looking for Planner to join our Juarez Team.**How You'll Help Us Connect the World**Create a production plan according the demand, capacity and material availability.Expedite short parts. - Confirm the new sales orders in the best date.Communicate any changes to all the departments involved.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Check that the sales that are committed for today are already covered, if not, they will review the reason and if there is a need to reschedule the sale, they need to communicate to CS.- Identify new sales and generate the production plan to cover them, checking the material availability and expediting components if needed, when they have firm dates of shortage materials and considering the capacity, they commit delivery date.- Release job orders according to the material availability and capacity.- Check exception messages.- Coordinates and attends meetings- Responds expedites/escalations for customer service and other plants- Use the installed capacity as much as possible if there is sufficient load- Keep the business metrics in required goals- This position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures.**Required Qualifications for Consideration**- Career degree (any option).- 2-5 year experience in similar positions.- SAP- English 80%- Proven ability to effectively interact and influence personnel of various levels and disciplines.- Desirable management software packages: Word, Excel, Power Point.- Proactive person
