VIAVI employees are fierce about supporting customer success and we welcome people who bring their best every day to the company - to question, to collaborate and to push for solutions that will delight our customers.Duties and Responsibilities:Work with Demand Planning to establish production plans consistent with expected customer ordersReview backlog daily and schedule new orders consistent with the current factory production planMonitor Clear-to-builds and production releases to assure that committed production plans are met and that gaps to forecast are clearedAccountable for key performance metrics such as On-time delivery, Lead times, PPV mitigation, and excess mitigation.Responsible for assuring all backlog received within a quarter is optimally executed for maximum revenue attainmentWorks with and maintains constant communication with functional groups such as Engineering, Order Management (OM), Product Line Management (PLM), Demand Planning, and Inventory Control to assure full compliance to customer Quality and Delivery requirements.Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:Personal skills/attributes and experience:Education: BS in Business, Engineering, or international business-Language: Fluent (95%) in English (verbally and written)-1-3 years' experience in the electronics IndustryDuring the rapidly changing Covid situation, VIAVI continues to monitor the situation to keep our employees safe.
