TECA & Sport (Depuy Synthes), a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a **Planning Analyst, Supply Network Planning **, to be located in Juarez, Mexico.
**KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and maintain multiple reports driving planning decisions
- Identify gaps between current plans and commercial commitments, drive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight the risks and opportunities,
- Support business/ scenario planning (12-24 month horizon), inventory, impact of NPIs (bridge with Demand & Production Planning),
- Partner with manufacturing and production planning team to drive volume and mix requirements,
- Analyze inventory levels to meet business plans and ensure defined service levels.
- Support preparation of master schedule and ensure timely completion of work orders for manufacturing.
- Provide weekly and daily production prioritization.
- Create and maintain data integrity report to ensure clean planning signals.
- Resolve Account Payable Issues
**Qualifications**:
**EDUCATION**
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, and Engineering is preferred.
- Certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) or certified in supply chain planning (CSCP) is desirable.
**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- A minimum of 3 (3) years of proven experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics is required.
**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- High proficiency with Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Process excellence (Lean, 6sigma), project management an asset.
- Strong analytical skill sets in MS Office (Excel modeling, VBA, Macros) is preferred.
- Demand, Supply or Inventory Planning experience is preferred.
- Experience with SAP (ERP/APO) is preferred.
- Proven process experience in demand & supply, inventory management & inventory entitlement, scenario analysis, S&OP/IBP process is preferred.
