Planning Team Leader

Plans, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates the activities of the Purchasing. Assigns, reviews, and supervises the work of professional planner / buyers and production control. to assure shipping and receiving right product and quantity at the right time. Analyzes vendor performance to verify that purchased items conform to specifications. Prepares financial analyses, to determine the cost-effectiveness of raw materials. Assumes administrative duties in the absence of direct supervisor. Performs other related functions as assigned1 Manage Lead and Lag indicators to assure the proper actions are driven with the direct reports2 Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.3 Reports on a monthly basis the operational resume and the actions and estrategy taken to achieve4 Create and manage Purchase Orders according the MRP needs to align the Production Schedule5 Provide leadership, coordination, and coaching to the team, ensuring they are trained to achieve theoperational and financial goals6 Monitor Purchase Orders to assure the On Time Arrival of the materials.7 Maintain and keep updated ERP Planning/Purchasing Parameters for assigned resources and SKU's.**Requirements**:Bachelor's degreeexperience at least 3-5 years in production planningexperience as supervisor at least 1-3 yearsexperience as a key user or master user of ERP system (A must)Advanced EnglishExperience in low/medium volume high mix.Certified in Purchasing and Inventory Management (Desired)Certified Buyer Planner (Desired)To work in Industrial Park Valle BonitoHybrid schedule Monday to Friday 7am-5pm
