General description of the job: Responsible for the activities related to accounting, budget, costs and others, involving the control and data reporting of a company plant. Implements the operational procedures in the area, in accordance with internal policies and directives. Establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, prepares financial reports and safeguards the organization's assets, including accounts payable and/or receivables. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports. Performs cost maintenance, absorption accounting, monthly forecasts and annual budgets. May also be responsible for travel and expense policies for the company.
Responsibilities: Prepare the monthly tax payment (ISR & VAT) returning and compensations.Prepare the taxable income of SAT.Determine the deferred taxes.Prepare all the annexes of dictamen fiscal (SIPRED or ISSIF).Quarterly reporting to US corporate of the tax provision.Obtain data for the systems ERP (SAP).Attend requirements of Hacienda.Skills: Functional Knowledge: Requires in-depth understanding of concepts, theories and principles in own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines.Business Experience: Applies understanding of the industry and how own area contributes to the achievement of objectives.Leadership: Applies understanding of the industry and how own area contributes to the achievement of objectives.Problem Solving: Applies understanding of the industry and how own area contributes to the achievement of objectives.Impact: Impacts the level of service and the team's ability to meet quality, volume, and timeliness objectives. Guided by policies, resource requirements, budgets and the business plan.Interpersonal Relationships: Guides, influences and persuades others either internally in other areas or externally with customers or agencies.Requirements: 5 - 8 years of experience in a similar position.
