The Plant Controller plays a key leadership role in the 1,000+ employee plant. Partners with the general manager to improve the financial performance of the operation, ensures compliance with regulations / accounting practices, and delivers insightful / accurate analysis to the Corporate accounting team.Essential**Responsibilities**:- Analyze information and identify areas for improved performance in all areas of the plant- Build the plant budget- Make projections and forecasts- Implement expense controls- Review general ledger reconciliations- Lead the month end closing process- Lead and direct the plant accountant and buyer**Qualifications**:
