Job ResponsibilitiesDefines sites strategy to reach long and medium-term objectives.Create monthly reports for the department management to guarantee Key Performance Indicator compliance.Lead SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning).Develop/maintain/manage continuous improvement projects.LMA (Lead/Manager/Accountability) for production/quality/technical/Supply chain department.To achieve department goals, create and promote a healthy team culture.Develop and deliver training plan for each manufacturing area.Prepare the annual budget for the different departments.
Monitor spending and execute necessary improvements to achieve budgetary objectives.Establish exhaustive list of losses and edits cost deployment matrix.
Translates it into a roadmap of improvement projects.Participation in global ops senior management group led by Chief Technology Officer.
Execute implementation, certification, and monitoring of BRCGS packaging materials policies (2026).Minimum RequirementsDegree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.Proven Work Experience as a Plant Manager, at least 3 years.Experience in processes related to manufacturing of consumer products.Demonstrated experience in leadership and management.Strong understanding of business and management principles, including budget preparation, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources management.Familiarity with standard industry equipment and relevant technical experience.Awareness of safety, quality, productivity, demand generation, inventory management, and administration processes.Proficient in computer skills relevant to the business environment.Ability to foster accountability and lead by example.Strong skills in team building, decision-making, and personnel management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
