Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage the transfer of operations, projects and new introductions, ensuring minimal disruption and seamless integration.
Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Plant ManagerLeader of the Plant's Operations At least 5 years in a plant management role.
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams (over 3,000 people) and managing complex, multicultural operations across multiple sites.
Extensive knowledge across variety of industries, manufacturing processes, and operational areas.
Demonstrated leadership in driving high-impact organizational changes and improvements.
Strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Experience working with international clients and diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in handling automated processes and machinery.
Professional fluency in English.
