Plant Manager - Mexicali

Manage daily operations of the plant in Mexicali.
Plan, organize and control production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.
Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
Commit to plant safety procedures.
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets.
Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met.Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
A degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Plant Manager Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
