You will also lead continuous improvement using the right tools and provide data analysis._- The main objectives of this profile are:_- _Carry out multiple projects simultaneously ranging from feasibility phases to post-launch quality assessment, and throughout the production life._- _ Facilitate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with Engineering in conjunction with advanced quality planning activities and status monitoring throughout the production life._- _ Develop, implement and maintain Statistical Process Control techniques._- _ Ensure compliance with the quality documentation system and promote consistency throughout the organization._- _ Carry out investigations to determine the causes of defects and recommend corrective actions._- _ Keep a list of customer complaints, facilitating and participating in the process of corrective actions._- _ Instruct and train staff in techniques and use of auditing and testing instruments._- _ Monitor and review quality documentation according to requirements._- _ Visit customers and suppliers when necessary._- _ Act as a liaison with external clients as well as internal ones._- _ Review all production methods so that they meet quality standards and to improve product and quality standards._- _ Carry out all responsibilities with the IATF16949 system requirements._- _ Has authority to stop processes or products out of control._- _ Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) described in the manuals, process maps, procedures, and work instructions; as well as customer specific, regulatory / applicable legal requirements._- _ Comply with the quality policy; 8 Basics of Quality andSpecific Customer Requirements_- _ In the event of detecting any non-conforming condition in the quality of the product, it has the authority to stop the process or the flow of the material, and to notify the quality area to define the containment and control process of the non-conforming product with the responsible areas._- _ Participate in the Selection of special characteristics of product / Process (KCC / KPC) and ensure their deployment in the organization._- _ Promote customer focus and ensure compliance with their product and process requirements._- Ratings:_- _Engineering._- _ From 1 to 3 years in the industrial sector._- _ Advanced English._
