As a team, we support a platform used in 130 different countries managing hundreds of millions of transactions every day. This requires creative problem-solving techniques, basic technical knowledge, of things such as databases, servers, networking, operating systems, and excellent troubleshooting techniques and lots of empathy for users who need help.SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES? Respond to technical tickets and phone calls initiated by our customers? Troubleshoot Windows, SQL Databases, Networking, Custom Services? Working Importante empresa with C # (.NET), Web Development? Understanding and use of API Web Server Call? MVC knowledge (or similar)? Learn and become apro at navigating the client's Platform and adapt to changes? Work both collaboratively and independently within a team setting? Identify and communicate process improvement suggestions? Incident management and escalations? Collaborate with other teams and departments to improve the customer?s Importante empresa? Willingness to work in an on-call setting?
