The PLC & Controls Engineer will be responsible for the couplings manufacturing processes, and supporting actual and new programs on the setup, programming, testing, and implementation of computer control systems used for production automation and industrial equipment design
ResponsibilitiesI mplementing and developing design for PLC and Control Logix programming, Servos, VFD and hardware. Reviewing and maintaining systems and identifying improvements in the design incorporating trends. Testing program operation to verify it remains functional. Communicating with manufacturing machines contractors to address their concerns, troubleshoot and identify solutions to problems . Requirements Engineering Bachelor's Degree Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or related). Experience in software developing, PLC: Allen Bradley, Siemens, OMRON Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position. Knowledge of Core Tools (SPC, APQP, PPAP, PFMEAS, Control Plan, MSA), Lean Tools Draw interpretation and Measurement Instruments. Knowledge of MS Office.
