Be an example and implement and review the service sequences and all the information in the welcome manual.Essential FunctionsEnsure that professional, courteous and efficient guest service is offered at all times, following the standards and sequence of service.Assign responsibilities and periodically evaluate their performance.Be present in the consumption center at all times of high occupancy.Perform flexible work schedules based on operation.Establish and maintain adequate equipment and product par stock.Perform preshifts before the opening of the beach and pool area.Handle any requests in a courteous and efficient manner, following up to ensure the guest is aware of the follow-up.Perform glitches in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this, to the guest's satisfaction.Ensure that each employee has a professional personal appearance, as well as a professional, warm and sincere posture.Control and turn in at the end of shift any cancelled checks with the respective explanation.Ensure good communication with all areas of the consumption center to ensure professional, error-free service.Documenting any training, disciplinary records and / or absenteeism.Quality check all tables to ensure guest satisfaction.Perform other duties as required, related to the operation of the pool and beach or the Hotel.Knowledge and SkillsEducation : College Degree education or equivalent experience in F&B field.Experience : Experience required in leadership positions minimum of 2 years. Prior experience in Food & Beverage department is highly desirable.Skills and Abilities :Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.Ability to read, speak and write English and Spanish at advanced level.Understand and familiar with quality standards and service standards of the hotel.Highest level of integrity and transparency.Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams
