Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked across the emerging markets in Southeast Asia and Latin America. Launched in 2020, Jeff has quickly grown into a 45+ people team across 8 countries. To date, we have attracted $5 Million in funding from business angels and prominent Venture Capital funds, expanding into 4 markets & aiming to enter 2 more in the nearest future.

More than 8 million people have been serviced and more than 60M products have been compared. While doing so, the company has achieved profitability & is approaching the $10 Million Annual revenue mark - and we are just getting started!

As we enter the next phase of our journey, we are looking for a PPC marketing specialist - a rockstar to drive lead acquisition and user reactivation through effective ad strategies! You'll manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and collaborate on creative efforts to maximize ROI. You will: Execute Paid Media Campaigns: Implement existing ad strategies to acquire new leads and reactivate users, focusing on delivering positive ROI within set guidelines.

Optimize Campaign Budgets: Manage and adjust budgets for Paid Media campaigns (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok) to ensure optimal performance, adjusting based on predefined KPIs and objectives.

Collaborate on Creative Assets: Work with creative teams to produce ad materials that align with brand guidelines. Assist in testing various formats and approaches to find the most effective combinations.

Monitor and Adjust Campaigns: Regularly track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Report and Troubleshoot: Provide updates on campaign performance and identify potential issues, implementing solutions as needed.

Stay Current: Keep an eye on trends, particularly in video ads and competitor activity, and suggest relevant adjustments for continued campaign success.

Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with team members to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader company objectives.

Likely you have: Proficiency with Paid Media Platforms: Hands-on experience with platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and others. TikTok experience is a plus. Experience with Video Ads: Knowledge of video ad formats and the nuances of posting and optimizing video content.

1-3 Years of Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, focusing on executing and optimizing digital ad campaigns.

Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to understand data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.

Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization

Collaborative Mindset: Willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to meet overall business goals.
