.What you can expectZoom is looking for a Pre-hire Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement team. You will be responsible for partnering with recruiters to provide a positive pre-hire experience for our candidates. This role reports to the Head of Global TA Operations & Enablement.This role requires someone with prior experience of generating offers / Employment Agreements from Workday.About the TeamOur organization delivers on initiatives that contribute to the success and delivery against TA's recruiting strategy and vision. The core functions of our TA Operations organization include: tool support, training, resource management, interview scheduling, offer generation, background check processing, and pre-hire support.Responsibilities:Generating offers and employment agreements via Workday, within established SLAs, ensuring all offer details are incorporated as provided by the RecruiterEvangelizing our value of care to incoming Zoomies by answering questions and providing technical and general support throughout the pre-boarding processProviding consistent and effective communication regarding candidate status to Talent partnersInitiating and adjudicating background checks globallyLeading team engagement and training, enabling adoption of new tools and processesPartnering with our Workday Recruiting team to solution technical candidate issuesResponding to and resolving tickets within established SLAs; process requests related to start date changes and hire rescindsWhat we're looking forAble to be flexible with working hours, ideally overlapping with Eastern Time (ET)2+ years of experience in recruiting and/or recruiting operations at a fast-growing technology companyHave a proficient systems knowledge and ability to learn systems and processes quicklyExperience with Workday Recruiting & ServiceNowHave the ability to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyHave a customer service orientation with a desire to go above and beyondHave a creative, open mind, flexibility in a rapidly changing environmentExperience with Asana and Jira would be usefulHave effective written and verbal communication skillsWays of WorkingOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
