**Job Description**:- Responsible for high first time quality data loads into the price file for US, CA, and Export products- Extreme attention to detail required- Become Subject Matter Expert for VBARS and OTDS pricing/billing systems.- Monitor daily reports for label or invoice rejects and support pricers to resolve those rejects- Support teammates by cross-checking their work to help in first time quality, and ask for cross-checks of your own work- Ensure compliance with SOX audit controls- Place and remove holds to control labeling at the plant and invoicing to dealers- Facilitate price file testing with labels/pre-invoices- Follow desk procedures and utilize check lists to improve consistency in work and higher quality.**Additional Job Description**:**Skills**:Mainframe experience (Desirable), Excel, Word, good proofreading ability, good English (written and verbal); team building and focused on details.**Recommended Previous jobs**:Finance, Marketing or Admin Analysis**Desirable Knowledge**:Mainframe user knowledge, Excel Macros Development**Experience/Education**:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business or relatedDiversity and inclusion are our strengths.
