Find your purpose and passion at Mozarc Medical.**Position Title**: Principal Manufacturing EngineerA Day in the LifePrincipal Manufacturing Engineer for Contract Manufacturing. This position will work directly with Contract Manufacturers that are in charge of producing catheters for Mozarc Medical**Responsibilities**:- Properly document projects deliverables in Mozarc Quality Management System, previous experience using Agile is considered a plus.- Designs and implement manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.- Designs sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.- Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.- May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.- Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools running in suppliers to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.- Develops manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques.- Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.- Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.Must Have- Bachelors degree required- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience or advanced degree- Fluent in English and SpanishWhy Work with Us?Working here is highly rewarding - we have the privilege of helping kidney patients experience greater freedom, improved outcomes and a renewed passion for life.It's essential our team members feel valued, supported and empowered too.
