Which is why we foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where all perspectives, abilities and experiences are valued, and our people can reach their potential.At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.We are searching for the best talent for Principal Quality Engineering Technician to be in Juarez, Independencia.Purpose:You will be responsible for:As a Quality Systems - External Manufacturing Product Release Technician you will:- Be responsible to know and follow EES policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.- Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) requirements of documents for product release.- Be responsible for conducting technical quality assurance inspections (product), as needed.- Work with appropriate departments to ensure that calibration and maintenance are performed as required by applicable procedures, as needed.- Engage in other responsibilities as assigned, and all responsibilities may not be listed.- Knowledge of Quality Systems for correction action, product segregation, non-conformity material control, and process improvement.- Product knowledge of tolerancing, component assembly operations, and small piece part assembly.- Working knowledge of GDP/ISO regulations and requirements.- Ability to use excellent communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with EES associates form all levels and functions of the organization.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 2-4 years related experience in a highly regulated, quality-centric environment, preferably in a QA (Quality Assurance) / QC (Quality Control Environment).- Fluent in English- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions.- Must have proven skill in inspection and review of documentation.- Must have knowledge of inspection sheets, change control systems, corrective action system, material specifications, routers, and basic understanding of purchasing processes.- Ability to work in a team environment with little or no supervision.- Ability to travel up to 25% at peak times, domestic and international, assignments could require up to four weeks continuous travel.- ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) preferred.
