We also give highly customized lessons based on client's job and interests.We are serious about our jobs and care deeply about our students.What we are looking for: energetic, passionate instructors that can engage professionals in meaningful, relevant conversation to build fluency and help them assimilate (IF APPLICABLE).You must:- Have or show C2 level of the CEFR- have 5+ years teaching SPECIFICALLY English to adults as private clients or small groups at a company, professional lessons- ability to assess your client's needs/goals during first week of lessons, and decide on a plan of action- be able to fill out a goals form and quarterly progress reports- be always on time (preferably early)- be able to assess the student and find out what is most important and relevant for the lessonsAll materials and books provided that you need for the client, but you choose what is relevant for the client.
