In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive banking procedure documentation, ensuring consistency across all channels. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.Develop and maintain detailed procedure documentation for banking operations.Ensure all documentation is consistent, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.Collaborate with business line leaders to evaluate the impact of policies and standards.Complete technical writing projects and manage the annual certification of 200-400 policies and standards.Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure documentation meets business needs.About You:Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Finance, or a related field preferred.2-4 years of relevant data analyst and/or product owner, management, development, and/or operations experience preferred.4-10 years of retail or commercial banking experience, with extensive understanding of deposit origination, maintenance, and servicing required.Experience with technical writing software and related initiatives.Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation skills, project management skills.Experience in leading small teams to complete formal review and approval processes.Proven ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company and with vendor partners.Agile, Scrum, SAFE, and Kanban experience preferred.Workstyle: Fully onsite.We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits.
