Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - I2C Analyst ResponsibilitiesManage a Collections Portfolio and maintain strong customer relations.Contact customers with Past Dues by making collections calls, sending emails, etc.Identify & resolve customer queries and disputes related to invoices.Review & follow-up on the highly past due invoices/accounts with AR Manager.Liaise with other departments (Credit, Sales, Billing, Customer service, etc.) to resolve blockers in collections.Perform administrative tasks related to the functional job or as assigned by the direct Manager.Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.Be action-oriented, proactive, and resourceful in solving problems.Be self-motivated and able to work to stretching deadlines, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / SkillsHigh School graduate or Undergraduate in Finance-Accounting with relevant Finance Analyst experience or similar position.Good level of MS Office (Intermediate) - Word, Outlook & Excel.Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
