Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer located in Juarez Sur.
Reporting to the Product Engineer, the Process Engineer's role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Leadership
- Attitude and availability to changes in processes.
- Evaluate and select various engineered materials.
- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
- Implement safety, productivity, and yield improvements.
- Improve manufacturing techniques and through put.
- Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Review processing methods.
- Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Intermediate English
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
- Assists in achieving section/sub-function objectives for a functional area.
- Provides input for team decisions. Decisions affect team.
- Identifies own development needs and works toward them.
- Demonstrates skills in teaching/leading and/or mentoring; may lead a team.
- Makes decisions for sections/sub-functions.
- Executes functional strategic plans and objectives at the site.
- Stablish Budget projection for PM & CM for Engineering Department.
- Define strategies for Down Time reduction.
- Collaborate in Process Improvement initiatives.
- Define and monitor KPI for operation.
