Financial: Responsibility for minimizing losses on the migration to the new operational model (sourcing projects).
Responsibility for map out Business Cases to support project execution in time and in budget according to the original scope.
Responsibility to work across SC areas to ensure financial metrics according to FY targets.
Purpose of Role: This position will report to the SC Productivity & Deployment Manager and will work closely around supply chain to ensure project sourcing agenda development and execution.
Top 3-5 Accountabilities: Support and develop an evaluation process for supply chain integration projectsCoordinate new business transition plans working collaboratively with procurement, operation, finance, legal and tax teamsEngage on any business potential issue to help/lead driving resolution (Internal control issue, strike and BCP activation across E2E supply chain, etc.).Creating proactive visibility on overall supply chain sourcing projects risks & opportunities.Provide administration support on projects ensuring business are ready for the change.Develop project timelines, addresses technical and resourcing challenges and ensures risk profiles and mitigation plans are developed and completed for each project.Skills to develop map process and new process creation.Communication Skills across different levels of partners.Qualifications and Experience Required Bachelors degree in business management or related field3+ years of experience on project management or process implementation programs.Experience in navigating sophisticated business structures and crafting new ones.Ability to identify, conceptualize, structure and solve problems with a clear analyticTrack record of generating insight to influence decision makingHigh degree of interpersonal skillsEnglish & Spanish skills.Strong intuition for business, interpersonal and influencing skillsExperience building financial operating plansExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer literate: MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.Project. Excellent data management.
