Simplot Company is a true farm-to-table company with operations that touch every aspect of agriculture, including seed production, farming and ranching, plant sciences, fertilizer manufacturing, food processing, commercial product development, and distribution.**Summary**:The Procurement Category Manager will establish a long-term, 1-3 year category plan for moderately sized spend categories to drive value across the enterprise for the assigned spend area. This strategy development work is done in partnership with the various business unit stakeholders across the enterprise. Category strategies include spend analysis/mapping, external market analysis, vendor management and establishing a multi-year project portfolio.
