About the role:
The I**ntern of PF & RM** provides support on activities related with the administration of records management of GMF, administration of contractual relationship with vendors and control of company assets (building)
What you need:
- Coursing last semesters of Accounting, Finance. Business Administration or similar.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to create and maintain work relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to produce documents, spreadsheets, databases, presentations etc. with Windows-based software, as well as proficiency with the internet.
- Good oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate to individuals and groups.
- Proactive with strong analytic and problem solving skill set
What you will be doing:
- Records Management:
- Review a sample of information safeguarded on Iron Mountain
- Reconciliation and Maintenance of Iron Mountain Data
- Procurement:
- Follow up on vendors agreements (new and renewals)
- AML Screening (World Compliance and AML list)
- Update master data base of vendors
- Facilities:
- Administrative activities related with the administration of company assets and administration of facilities suppliers (such as internal auction, maintenance of vehicles, elaboration of the monthly report of gasoline, invoice payment, control of payments)
- Building inspections and corporate security
