The Role: The procurement Manager will be responsible of oversee the total purchases and procurment segment of the supply chain. He/She is the owner of the supply chain for inbound logistics and oversees the total negotiation process in order to comply with procurement best practices and busines goals.
As area leader, he/she will establish and continuously improve the procurement process aiming for best practices and to eliminate compliance risk for the company.
As procurement manager will be responsible of improving our current supply chain, developing procurement strategies, leveraging experience and grow the team to achieve business goals.

As procurement manager your principal mission will be guarantee the business continuity creating and implementing supply strategies that allow the company to achieve compelling business needs in terms of Quality, Service and Cost.
You will be responsible of the value added enginering to definte best supply options.
The ideal candidate has knowledge of procurement and purchases best practices, experience in negotiating comodities worlwide and hability to react to a fast changing approach.
Responsibilities: Develop , lead and implement procurement strategies for all company supply (Direct and Indirect Expenditure). Accountable for supply chain improvements, including MOQ, WALT, TDC, Credit terms, etc. to deliver goals of Service, Savins and inventory. Guarantee the adoption and compliance of the purchases policy and processes. Promote the best use of company resources trought the correct implementation of a supplier development process and contracts management. Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with the company's objectives, budget, and quality standards. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure reliable supply, competitive pricing, and quality products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor supplier performance, including on-time delivery, product quality, innovations and responsiveness. Continuously evaluate current supply chain and expenditure to identify opportunity areas. Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and company policies related to purchasing activities.
Basic requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, International Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (+4 years) as a Purchasing Manager, preferably within the cosmetic, pharma or food industry. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation and relationship skills. In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, including strategic sourcing and supplier management. Familiarity with ERP systems for purchasing activities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, perform cost analysis, and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
