Procurement Manager I

Key Responsibilities Generate the commercial and legal relationship with suppliers to keep continuity and operations on the business (20%)Support BCP, innovation, CCI, and operations of Mx and USA business creating new supply sources and relationships with suppliers (25%)Participate in annual planning, LTP, budget, and all the internal processes to develop the Mx office strategy (20%)Manage the performance of the suppliers according to the business goal (10%)Validate the finance process with the suppliers to be in compliance with MCK policies (10%)Generate a database of marketing intelligence to create a tool to keep our business in cost and budget (10%)Maintain all suppliers updated on the system to guarantee proper operations (5%)Required Qualifications University degree – Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similarFinance certification5 years of experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industriesInterpersonal Skills: Leadership, interactions, communication, influenceSelf-confidence and negotiating skillsAn analytical mind to interpret figures and other informationNumerical skillsTime management and planning skillsConflict managementStrategic thinkingExcel, data extraction & manipulation, and basic financial reporting
