Supports the resolution of quality issues and processes for the supply function in the manufacturing facility..
**Job Duties**
- Inbound quality management (MRDR / NCM / COPQ);
- Reactive quality issue resolution for domestic and international suppliers (identify, contain, eliminate - RCCA);
- Facility specific supplier perf. inputs to APQP (PPMs, CARs, MRDR), drive IQA = PDI;
- Assure PPAPs execution for NPI and WDO, as well as BIQ execution at supplier;
- Manage supply interruptions resulting from supplier quality issues.
- Provides conclusions and recommendations for quality issues and/or continuous quality improvement projects.
- Participates in supplier quality improvement initiatives; works with suppliers to develop and improve quality levels.
- Ensures the reliability and quality of suppliers, implementing process controls, certification programs, evaluations, inspections, corrective actions, audits and records.
- Identified quality problem(s) and determines a short-term action plan with the facility management and the supplier.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; mechanical, industrial, mechatronics or similar.
- A minimum two years of job-related experience
- Solid ability to use and demonstrate statistical and problem solving tools is required.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external teams (written and conversational).
- Advanced English
- Advanced Excel
- Basic knowledge of castings, machining, CAT drawings, logistics, ETQ, APQP/PPAP, Non-conforming material process.
