**How you will do it**:
- **Investigates and analyzes product design proposals and able to conceptualize and implement design ideas into the product.**:
- **Proficient at preparing, checking, and coordinating the release of documentation to support designs.**:
- **Responsible for the accurate completion of projects.**:
- **Proficient at selecting the most suitable electrical and mechanical components.**:
- **Uses standard and sophisticated technical and mathematical principles, theories, concepts, techniques, processes, and standard methodologies in field.**:
- **Responsible for engineering drawings including electrical schematics, bill of materials.**:
- **Experience with mechanical systems and material resource planning (MRP) software also a plus.**:
- **Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.**:
- **Implementing prevention risks tools such as DFMEA.**:
- **Creates specifications, requirements, and criteria for concepts, performance, and production**:
- **Designs and develops devices in accordance with the various phases of a program schedule.**:
- **Develops, maintains, and releases engineering drawings, system designs, or engineering documentation.**:
- **Provides manufacturing support ensuring products are built according to customer requirements and product specifications.**:
- **Performs failure analysis and corrective actions when necessary**:
**What we look for**
**Required**:
- **Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, mechanical, or related field)**:
- **Minimum 5 year of product development experience**:
- **SAP operational knowledge.**:
- **Able to speak to technical and non-technical audiences, as well as absorb and use technical documentation.**:
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven, team-oriented environment.**:
- **Travel domestically and internationally required (up to 10% of time)**:
**Preferred**:
- **HVAC or research and development experience.**:
- **Experience in bills of material maintenance, engineering changes or super-user capabilities in unrelated modules.**:
- **Product Lifecycle Management experience.**:
- **Familiarity with HVAC Systems and electromechanical engineering design and test is helpful.**:
