Creates a 3-year product roadmap to realize this vision, from MVP to market launch.Contribute to Pluxee's Product vision and strategy.Lead product discovery to assess new products and features, mapping clients needs, detailing product solution and developing business case to assess the viability of the project.Leads business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign-off and release criteria.Manage products business performance: P&L, Organic Growth Management (OGM), and digital assets performance: active users, churn rate, conversion, customer satisfaction, customer effort, etc, implementing initiatives to improve the outcomes.Ensure the alignment of the product roadmap with country priorities.Manage product roadmap, prioritizing the EPICs and Features based on data analysis.
