At Factorial we are looking for an experienced Product leader who will be responsible for building/owning/executing the roadmap for the Finance domain at Factorial.

You will manage the budget and forecast the impact of the business for the whole domain of products. You will own the overall roadmap and execution of the domain, from costs to revenues. You will own the connection and phased implementation of the necessary go to market motion.
RequirementsPricing: You know how to calculate and price value in SaaS.Market research: You have experience understanding the competitive edge of our products against the other players in the market. You understand each player's position in terms of target, quality, value and pricing.Go to market: You have experience in staged deployment of go to market initiatives, from marketing, sales to customer success.Product Design Quality: You have a clear compass of the best designed products in the market. You are always testing new products and services that come out and they build strong opinions around them.Technology: You understand the complexity of building software. You can compare the cost and time of building two separate solutions and clearly identify the most simple. You are always learning new technological edges that to be used in the product.Prioritization and practical business mindset: You deeply understand the importance of deadlines and timeboxing efforts, therefore you understand how to cut scope and mobilize resources to focus on the few most relevant features to win in the current stage of the go to market deployment.Leadership roles and entrepreneurship: we value hugely that you started a company on your own in the past and you had to convince and influence other talented people to join you. We value previous leadership roles (CEO/CTO/CPO).
