This position will support hydraulic assembly's product transfer to Manufacturing Unit in Gates. The Product Engineer is responsible for technology transfer of product development for hydraulic assemblies requested by Operations for consolidation strategy of IOEM Customers within Gates standards for Quality, Performance and Cost thru Manufacturing process implemented in our facilities. Interaction with Gates CSC engineers is required to align with global principles of Product and Process
**Key Responsibilities (To Name A Few)**:
- Technology transfer from assemblies USA plants to Toluca FP assemblies manufacturing unit
- Generate BOMs set up, create Spanish drawing versions to comply with internal quality standards
- Meet new product development plan with key corporate customers
- Meet timelines of customers for new product launch
- Meet quotation's goal of new products
- ECN implementation, on time without obsoletes generation

**About You**
- Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automotive Engineering Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in metal and metallic industry with product and process development
- Experience with 2D and 3D modeling
- Experience in AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer, CREO
- Intermediate level of English language
- High Level interpersonal and leadership skills; must be able to influence multiple levels within the company and locations; including establishing global partnerships.
- Change management leadership capability
- Quality standards proficiency as ISO 9001
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Handling of ERP systems, such as Oracle.
